Appointment Cancellation Policy


We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled services. We understand that unexpected circumstances and delays happen and any rescheduling or cancellation with a 48 hour or greater notice will NOT incur a charge.

There are concessions for individuals who's appointments are impacted by COVID and/or other emergencies. Please contact me for more information.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running more than 15 min late for your appointment and the services scheduled can not be completed in the remaining time allotted, your  . Please drive safe!

Redo Policy

 

While we do not issue refunds on services, we guarantee our clients happiness with their color for one week after their service. They may request any changes during that time with no fee.

Special Instructions

*Curly haircuts are best assessed when a client arrives with undisturbed curls that are worn down. Avoid pulling it back or sleeping on it. Either one of these things would change the curl.

 

* If there’s an area in your haircut that you would like fixed it is nice for you to arrive with your hair down in a way where I can see the area that we need to address.

 

* Children over 8 are welcome.
