Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
The 20% required deposit for booking is non-refundable This deposit will be required when you book your appointment. Deposits are usually credited towards your balance due at checkout on service date. Please read booking policies below.
Booking Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48-hour notice, your 20% deposit will be lost and be used to pay the missed appointment fee. If you arrive 15 minutes (or more) late to your appointment time, due to time restraints, your appointment may no longer be possible, this is considered a late notice cancellation, and you will lose your deposit and not be able to receive the service at that scheduled time. Additionally, if we are unable to proceed with your service upon arrival due to:

Arrival with matted hair

Hair is in extensive braids, extensions or similar

In cases of a Dry Curly Cut Service, the client doesn't arrive with the curly hair prepared correctly (see below)

Incorrect service was selected
These circumstances are considered a late notice cancellations, and result in a loss of deposit to cover the late notice cancelation fee.
Your 20% deposit is non-refundable, but will be an account credit if and when proper notice of at least 48 hours is provided. If 48 hour notice is given, the deposit credit will not have an expiration date and will stay in your file until you are ready to schedule your new time.
Curly Cut Prep
Arrive with your hair down and clean. You may not wear product for dry curly cuts. The hair must be untangled and down in its natural state. Do not pull it up, back, or tuck it behind the ears as this stretches the curls and will make the haircut impossible. IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE READY FOR YOUR SERVICE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT AND WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. Hair
Services
I understand that hair coloring, cutting, styling, and other salon services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, damage to my hair, unwanted results, or dissatisfaction with the service. I accept full responsibility for any outcome resulting from the services provided.
Clothing
Protection
I acknowledge that while efforts will be made to protect my clothing during services, there may be a risk of staining or damage. I agree to hold Beauty Con Amor and its staff harmless from any claims related to damage to my clothing.
Health
Risks
I am aware that some salon services may involve the use of products that could cause allergic reactions or adverse skin reactions. I confirm that I have disclosed any known allergies or sensitivities to the staff at Beauty Con Amor. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the staff of any changes in my health or allergies prior to receiving services.
Redo Policy
At Beauty Con Amor, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your service, we encourage you to let us know within a reasonable timeframe. We are willing to assist with adjustments to color and cut services in circumstances such as the final result not matching your inspiration picture or if a haircut requires an adjustment. Please note that adjustments must be requested within two weeks of the original service.
Indemn-ification
I agree to indemnify and hold Beauty Con Amor, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of my use of the salon's services.
