Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled services. We understand that unexpected circumstances and delays happen and any rescheduling or cancellation with a 48 hour or greater notice will NOT incur a charge.
Redo Policy
While we do not issue refunds on services, we guarantee our clients happiness with their color for one week after their service. They may request any changes during that time with no fee.

Class Cancellation Policy
There are concessions for individuals who's appointments are impacted by COVID and/or other emergencies. Please contact me for more information.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running more than 15 min late for your appointment and the services scheduled can not be completed in the remaining time allotted, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and you will be charged. Please drive safe!
